What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, such as VISA, Mastercard, AMEX.

When will my order ship?
Once you place your order and the payment is verified, please allow up to 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
At horologes.com we have a specialized team that finds unique and innovative products from all around the world. These unique items are "viral" and in very high demand, so processing & shipping times are between 10-28 days, depending on your location. Orders shipped to the United States typically arrive within 7-21 days and orders shipped to Canada, Australia, Europe, etc. typically arrive within 10-28 days. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking information via email. In rare cases delays can happen during the shipping process that includes customs delays, weather delays, breakdowns, etc. so please check with our support team if your order doesn't arrive on time at support@horologes.com

Will I have to pay International taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

The Sleek Shoppe cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Note on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

I need to change or cancel something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours or once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.

My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please let us know within 30 days from receiving your order. Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund. Please contact us with your order number as well as the reason for your return; they will schedule the return and provide you with the necessary information to move forward. Note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the item(s) I received is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing. To ensure a smooth return, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the return process, and when will I receive my refund?
Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. You should receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. 

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
